ElementX Point Leo SLSC VIC 12th January 2010The ElementX program has been put together by Karla, Phil, David and Trevor to give the athletes a truly unique experience. The aim of our one day program is to pass on as much as we can to both the athletes and the coaches in a very short amount of time. The whole program is designed to be fun, fast moving, inspirational and educational. We are endeavouring to teach life skills and life saving skills. We will be playing lots of games specifically designed to teach and inspire. There will be discussions with the athletes after each game, we call this the debriefing. This is where the athletes get to share what they have just learnt and how they felt before and after the game. We encourage parents and coaches to listen in and use what you hear to help continue their development after our day together. We hope to unearth a few natural leaders, a few entertainers, some hidden talents, and some solid as rock club members and a few winners. In our eyes they are all as important as each other. From us they will get a lot of encouragement, acknowledgement for what they do and the odd bit of well aimed advice. The games will be in and out of the water, with a maximum of 20 minutes spent on one game, so it will be a start to finish adventure for you, us and them. This program is designed for 10-15 year old athletes, whether you are a beginner or state level champion. Run from 8.30am - 3.30pm, the days are fast moving and full of excitement. Also included on the day is
